Kosovo Project Case
A 3×6m Inflatable Long Tent for Fast Outdoor Setup
3×6m Inflatable Long Tent for Outdoor Brand Events
For this client in Kosovo, the main requirement was simple: they needed a branded outdoor space that was easy to transport, quick to install and large enough for product display and customer interaction.
The client attends outdoor activities where the setup may need to be moved between different locations. A traditional frame tent can work, but once the aluminum poles, connectors, roof and sidewalls are packed together, transportation and setup become more complicated. For a small team, this also means more manpower is needed each time the tent is installed.
That was one of the main reasons they chose an inflatable structure.

Why the Client Chose an Inflatable Long Tent
The final product was a 3 × 6 m inflatable Long Tent, providing around 18 m² of covered space.
For this size, the tent itself weighs approximately 32 kg, making it much easier to carry and transport than many rigid-frame structures of a similar footprint.
The biggest advantage is the setup process.
With the correct electric pump, one person can complete inflation in around 2 minutes. After inflation, positioning the tent, fixing the structure and arranging the main accessories can be completed in approximately 5 minutes under normal site conditions.
For clients who need to attend multiple outdoor events, this saves a lot of repeated work.
Instead of carrying separate long metal poles and assembling the frame piece by piece, the inflatable structure is unfolded, connected to the pump and inflated as one main structure.
18 m² of Usable Event Space
The 3 × 6 m size gives the client approximately 18 m² of covered area.
In this project, the tent was used as a small outdoor reception and display area.
The client placed tables, products and promotional materials inside the tent while keeping the front and side openings clear for visitors. The longer 6 m format also provided more usable wall and roof area for branding compared with a square 3 × 3 m tent.
This made the tent suitable for both practical use and visual presentation.
The roof carried the main brand logo, while the sidewalls created additional areas for graphics and messaging.
Easy to Carry and Reuse
For this project, portability was an important part of the decision.
At approximately 32 kg, the tent can be packed into a relatively compact transport bag after deflation.
This makes it easier to load into a vehicle, move to another event and store when it is not being used.
For brands that attend several events during the year, this is important because the cost of an event structure is not only the purchase price.
Transport, storage, setup time and manpower all become part of the real operating cost.
A tent that can be handled by one person and installed in a few minutes reduces these repeated costs.
What the Final Setup Achieved
The finished setup gave the client a clear branded area without requiring a large installation team.
The 3 × 6 m footprint provided enough room for tables, promotional materials and visitors, while the black roof and sidewalls gave the brand a clean and consistent appearance.
The tent also worked well with the client's other event equipment, including flags, outdoor seating and display furniture.
The final setup was practical:
Size: 3 × 6 m
Covered area: approximately 18 m²
Tent weight: approximately 32 kg
Inflation time: around 2 minutes
Full basic setup: around 5 minutes
Operation: possible with one person
Main use: outdoor brand display and customer reception
These numbers are more important than complicated product descriptions because they directly affect how easy the tent is to use at each event.
What MX Did in This Project
MX's role was not only to arrange production.
We first confirmed how the client planned to use the tent and whether the 3 × 6 m Long Tent provided enough space for their tables, display equipment and customer area.
We then worked on the branding layout across the roof and sidewalls so the main logo remained visible when the tent was viewed from different directions.
Before production, the dimensions, artwork positions and overall configuration were confirmed with the client.
During production, MX followed the printing, inflatable frame, sewing and final assembly, and the completed tent was inflated and checked before shipment.
We also paid attention to the relationship between the inflatable frame and the outer cover, because incorrect sizing or sewing tolerances can cause excessive wrinkles or poor fitting after inflation.
The final result was a 32 kg, 3 × 6 m inflatable Long Tent that one person could inflate in about 2 minutes and set up in around 5 minutes, while still providing approximately 18 m² of usable branded event space.
For clients who need a tent that is used repeatedly, transported frequently and installed by a small team, these practical details are often more valuable than simply choosing the lowest purchase price.
*This project reflects work completed by our team and manufacturing network. To respect client confidentiality and avoid unauthorized use of client brand assets, original logos and identifying brand elements may be removed or replaced with neutral artwork. These changes are limited to branding only; the product structure, application and project details remain true to the original project.
